My Story

I’m a coach, companion, teacher, and guide for those wanting to foster an inner sense of well-being.

Launching my coaching practice to enhance my self-care journey.

Around 39, I started learning to care for myself better—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I felt called to help others on that path, so I began inviting them to join me on a journey towards wellness.

I was moving towards a personal growth mindset and felt a calm, grounding feeling inside. I became curious about how to bring more of that presence and sense of reverence I was experiencing into my life.

I have spent over a dozen years learning about coaching, personal growth, and how our mind, emotions, and spirituality connect.

As I continue my path to seeking and finding the light inside of me, and supporting others in their journey, the ride has gotten brighter on the inside and the world around me filled with more possibility. May you be inspired to take steps in your own self-discovery.

The world needs more light. Let’s start with yours!

Coaching as a spiritual practice

I have done a lot of coaching practice with other students learning about coaching. Every single person has had the ability to hold space for me when I asked for them to “just do it” as the Nike phrase goes.

We all have the ability to ask parts of us to step aside and do something when it is important. You have the ability to coach yourself and to be coached.

My inner coach has been a fierce advocate for me to take care of myself, and he has been a way for me to get to know myself better when I learned he wasn’t me. He’s a part of what makes me – me.

Choosing to be with other coaches who were doing their inner work allowed me just enough companionship that I needed to allow myself to go fully inside for healing and awakening. All parts of us are trying to care for us and to be cared for. As we encounter that care, we find opening to self-compassion and our light.

This relational work of coaching, both as a recipient of coaching, and the one of the most important, and sacred experiences of my life. I look forward to sharing that sacred time with you.

I’m not a therapist and not a guru, but I do hope to be a Jedi someday.

I’m a normal-ish individual driven by a powerful passion to share the incredible experiences of connecting with the awe-inspiring and nourishing essence within us all.

I have had a second, deeper awakening. After I began integrating my learnings of self-care, practicing the manifestation of purposeful living instead of waiting for hopes and dreams to come one day, and continuing to do parts work. What occurred as this last part let go, was uncovering this experience of feeling lit up on the inside. The part that was clinging on to the dream of being a coach, finally let go and was trusting me be the shepard of purpose. And the light was unveiled. And has stayed revealed.

Being connected to your light does not mean that you won’t feel any pain, anger, or depression ever again. It means that you will be able to bring those experiences into the light and help them heal and be nourished by its love. You’ll have access to more curiosity, confidence, clarity, and curiosity.

If you know the richness of inner work, but haven’t yet discovered the fullness of having your light be accessible to you, I encourage you to keep going. Find people that can support you in healing, awakening, and integrating so that you too can experience the unveiling of your light. It’s a most exquisite place to be.

My role as a coach, companion, and guide is to help people reconnect with themselves, feel more alive, and embrace parts of themselves that may have been overlooked, allowing them to be authentic in their daily lives.
